Gods by the street corner

Chennai witnesses quite a few worship places by the road / street corner. They are of all religions & faiths, from Hindu temples to Mother Mary Churches. One such “Nagathamman Temple” near Gemini flyover in Chennai.

P.s. : Pls ignore the rearview mirror 🙂 in the picture

  1. I am not sure what it is but enjoyed your post about the street corner places of worship.

If I don’t get back to see you again before the weekend, I will wish you a “Happy Decoration Day” weekend. Alas, now called ‘Memorial Day’ weekend here in the states; and, better known for the Indianapolis 500 race than for decorating the graves of the dead.

RamN: Thanks Abrahalm Lincoln & Have a lovely weekend too ….

  2. Great minds think alike! I’d taken a photo of the same temple a few days ago – never got around to posting it.

    Good shot!!

RamN: I’ll have to agree with you Shantaram on we thinking alike 😉 ….. though i shot this about 45 days ago, only now i had posted it …. JIT i guess ….. thanks for dropping by !
