The water melons, musk melons, tender coconuts are some of the summer coolers which are thirst quenchers, natural & hygienic too.
One could eat them just like that, make a juice of it or some garnish.

Love watermelons…reminds me how one summer when young I worked loading watermelons into trucks under the hot California sun.
Never again! We did get to break them open and eat the heart out when we become very thirsty.
