I used to go with my elder brother about 30 years ago to Marina Swimming Pool. I dont remember having seen a board there in those days.
This board is extremely hilarious. You may please send this the Mayor of Chennai and Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

Yes. You have to sign the declaration, on the back of the notice board! Over writing is permitted but you should have Under-wear!
