Yes the dearth of publicity space makes the marketing planners think unique. After the Mobile Hoardings, Bus panels … now its the Water tanks.

Reserve Bank should consider making some money for the Government issuing world’s first “sponsored” currency notes. (Oops… I opened an idea that is worth much more than the amount of Indian black money in Swiss banks!)
