“According to the Menu” …. this is a very interesting fare from Hotel Ashoka, but i’m just a little confused about their categorisation. Alacarte is along with South Indian and more, Vegetarian and A/c bar, Different combination with Milk Shakes. Or the board itself is an heritage property, one wonders.
I don’t know what it means in India but in France a la carte means that you can order individual items from the menu, for example you could order Chinese rice, with a South Indian vegetable and a North Indian side and then drink a milk shake with it all.
You sure got me confused. I wonder, too!
