Yeah, its a neat idea… you can see people gunning the accelerator when the countdown reaches 10. By the time it comes to 5, they have moved several inches ahead, and by the time it touches 3 they start racing. Traffic and driving is crazy here…
What a clever idea! I usually count when I arrive at a red light and find most waits are one minute 50 seconds where I live.
