One of the largest Christian Cemetries in Tamil Nadu, in a 6.5 Hectres plot and opened in 1903. This is managed by The Madras Cemetries Board, along with the Kasimode Cemetry & Quibble Island Cemetry. As the capacity is almost full, they are in process of adopting Multi-tier Vaults for the new burials.
