In the height of economic prosperity many building owners have started either re-modifying their existing properties with the latest features & access or many only do the facial changes to suit the current trend and don’t alter the inside of their premises. When it comes to yester-year buildings then the later option is okay, but when it comes to a couple of decades old ones this is just a make-up to say they are new.
