Tata DOCOMO is joining the Nth operator for the Tamil Nadu Circle, with their GSM offering (Honestly i’ve lost count). The CURRENT ones being Aircel (erstwhile RPG), Airtel (erstwhile Skycell), BSNL, Vodafone, Reliance CDMA, Tata CDMA (Tata Indicom), MTS CDMA, Reliance GSM.

But their interesting offer is 1 Paise per Second billing for all calls you make from your home service area to across India, Local or STD. Heard there’s a huge demand from the Pre-paid community for this service.
