The Collage of Pictures above is of the Truck, which goes every week to lesser known temples in and around Chennai & once a month to other cities of TamilNadu, to revive/clean these “very old-not maintained-lesser known” temples.

They start all sundays about 7-8am in the morning in front of Vengeeswarar temple, Kodambakkam-Vadapalani. Their no.s are listed in the banner tied to their truck and one Mr C K Raju could be contacted (person in the Middle picture).

Though i’ve not personally seen their work, like minded people could possibly join them and lend an helping hand in getting back the shape of less popular temples.
