Art buying is still restricted to the Galleries, the invites to (who they think) Art buyers, or a Wine & Cheese (or Strawberry & Champagne) events.

Public displays of upcoming, new talents & even popular artistes are less and few thereby the image of Art is not affordable prevails among many, though its not so.
