Chennai seems to have taken to bright and cheerful colours for their new/renovated residences. The Oranges, Yellows, Roses & purples which were never used are now quite common. One such residences near Saidapet which sports a Rangoli of colours.
Soon the building to its right will sport a new colour i guess after remodelling …
Very pretty. I’m liking it. Indians seem to love bright colors (women’s sari & churidar for example) – I never could figure out why the buildings were so boring. :>)
