Vodafone, is the 4th operator in Chennai cellular phone scene. They are again erstwhile known as Hutch. The 3rd operator in all cities being the state run BSNL.

Ram : There are currently four operators in Chennai, Aircel, Airtel, BSNL & Vodafone
There are 5 operators and one with code IND20
Ram: Soon there’ll be 6 more operators, IND 20 should be one of those new guys testing their signals.
