Arihant majestic terrace had replaced LIC building in Mount road as the tallest of Chennai when it was completed and commisioned. This 17 floors is currently the tallest in Chennai and soon to be displaced by various projects either under construction or will be commisioned thanks to the recently launched Master plan by CMDA last week, which allows any height on a 100ft plus road.
The crossing power lines actually add to the image ina strange way.
That is an awesome building.
