I remember the autorickshaw style horns with bulbs that weere popular for a while om bicycles in the 1970s. And then, for a while, electric battery powered horns began to become popular until they started getting stolen. This cheap contraption is not likely to ever get stolen and it must be much cheaper than a bicycle bell – let’s see if a new trend sets in and prevails.
