The 1606 Dated history of this flag says its the amalgamation of the St George’s Cross (England), & St Andrew’s Cross (Scotland) & later in 1800’s with St Patrick’s Cross (Ireland). Spotted on the Deputy High Commissioner’s Vehicle parked at Anna Salai.
