The young learners from a Karate school at Porur doing a rigorous work out at St Thomas Mount.
They 1st start their Sunday with a jog from Porur to St Thomas Mount, on reaching they do a frog jumping on the Mount’s 160 steps up & down once or twice and then they do 3 or 4 trips by jogging up & down the hillock. Then they do the Karate practice every weekend.
