I know India and Chennai thrives on IT & ITES companies, and there are quite a lot of Graduates and mostly their parents insistent on computer education, but this takes the cake for reaching computer education to the masses.

Saw an unique vehicle armed with messages on any course on Computers from Corel Draw to SAP doing rounds promoting their computer teaching centre.(looks like a ironwallah’s vehicle selling space for an advertisement)

Curious to know whether this vehicle of communication is effective for them to land more students for their courses and is it Above the line or Below the line communication?

Any sales promotion / advertising geeks around?
