The Chennai city traffic police have placed these signs at some arterial road junctions warning the traffic about the penalization of violating the signal/stop line.
The residents sincerly hope the users adhere to the rules by the book & spirit. Any amount of policing doesn’t curb the traffic violations unless we all, the road users abide by the law.
Initially, with the arrow at the bottom of the sign, it looks like a warning to not jump off of the black and white curb! funny
