Venkat from the village of Ettayapuram in Thoothukudi District was met in front his native mate Mahakavi Subrahmanya Bharathi’s statue, the fiery poet of Tamil. He’d come to Chennai on work and was in Marina beach with his friend who works for PWD in Beach road.
