Nungambakkam, near College Road?

I think this is in Nungambakkam, off college road. Could not guess the sign.

Subba Rao Avenue is in Nungambakkam near Sashtri Bhavan. This board must have been found in the side road.

Its fixed on a tree and the site might be an ashram of some sort.
