Chennai has only these seasons of warm or warmer or the warmest weather prevailing. Even though the current months are the most pleasant months of the city, the afternoons are always warm.

I agree completely. I had been to Chennai for a few hours two years ago in the month of January. While it was freezing in Delhi, Chennai felt like the month of May.
